شرکت دات نت نیوک با ترکیب تیمی از برنامه نویسان هسته پرتال دات نت نیوک و قسمت طراحی و توسعه شرکت ، بهبود عمده ای را در نسخه جدید این پورتال ایجاد کرده و ویرایش 5.4.1 دات نت نیوک را عرضه کرد . در این نسخه علاوه بر بهبود هایی که بر روی قسمت های مختلف ایجاد شده  ، مشکلی که در پردازش  QA های ویرایش 5.4و 5.3 وجود داشت تا حد زیادی حل شده و دات نت نیوک ابراز امیدواری کرده که کاربران با کمترین خطا در این قسمت روبرو خواهند بود ، با این حال دات نت نیوک اعلام داشته که منتظر بازخورد های استفاده از این نسخه می ماند تا در نسخه های آتی خود آنها نیز بهبود دهد .
